1 Boriscope inspection of compressor turbine, compressor turbine nozzle, inner combustion chamber, first stage compressor and power turbine. (First 100 hour only - 300 thereafter.)
2 Check front and rear chip detectors.
3 Remove and sonic clean oil filters.
4 Clean magnet on oil drain.
5 Check spark plugs.
6 Check spark plug wires.
7 Check spark plug regulators.
8 Test igniters Left and Right.
9 Check for oil leaks.
10 Clean prop governor and lubricate cable, joints and slides.
11 Check beta block.
12 Check prop bolts.
13 Check for corrosion on prop.
14 Check prop clamps.
15 Check spinner and bolts.
16 Check isolating valve.
17 General inspection of all nuts and bolts, locking wire, engine mounts, cables, connections, oil leaks and electric's.
18 Fuel filter must be 10 micron or better.
19 Clean FCU and lubricate joints and slides.
20 Bleed FCU.
21 Check blow-off valve.  If necessary, remove and clean.
22 Start turbine and check parameters through first and second stage of start.
23 Check fuel pressure min 14 PSI, Max 49 PSI (Preferred 28 PSI.)
24 Check oil pressure min 30, max 39.
25 Check N1 at idle min 60%, max 65%.
26 Check voltage during start.  Min 20 volts.
27 Check charging of generator.
28 Check ITT at idle 480 to 520 + -.
29 Check after shut down for irregular bearing noise from compressor and power turbine.
30 Check for cracks on exhausts.
31 Check drains on fuel pump, FCU, hot section and EPA can.
