We now have in house A&P's
available for your inspection and documentation requirements or you can
opt to do the inspections.

- Borescope inspection of compressor turbine,
compressor turbine nozzle, inner combustion chamber, first stage
compressor and power turbine. (First 100 hour only - 300 thereafter.)
- Check spark plugs.
- Check spark plug wires.
- Check spark plug regulators.
- Test igniters Left and Right.
- Check for oil leaks.
- Clean prop governor and lubricate cable, joints
and slides.
- Check beta block.
- Check prop bolts.
- Check for corrosion on prop.
- Check prop clamps.
- Check spinner and bolts.
- Check isolating valve.
- General inspection of all nuts and bolts,
locking wire, engine mounts, cables, connections, oil leaks and
electric's.
- Fuel filter must be 10 micron or better.
- Clean FCU and lubricate joints and slides.
- Bleed FCU.
- Check blow-off valve. If necessary, remove
and clean.
- Start turbine and check parameters through first
and second stage of start.
- Check fuel pressure min 14 PSI, Max 49 PSI
(Preferred 28 PSI.)
- Check oil pressure min 30, max 39.
- Check N1 at idle min 60%, max 65%.
- Check voltage during start. Min 20 volts.
- Check charging of generator.
- Check ITT at idle 480 to 520 + -.
- Check after shut down for irregular bearing
noise from compressor and power turbine.
- Check for cracks on exhausts.
- Check drains on fuel pump, FCU, hot section and
EPA can.
